Enjoyed the Stay Jason Tan, April 2019

We have stayed at probably 8 different farm stays across Aust and NZ and the kids proclaim Diamond forest to be their favourite. Wide varieties of farm animals which they get to interact with throughout the day. My 7 and 10 year old was roaming about the farm on their own for the whole day and we felt very safe for them to be on their own. This was a long overdue review. Stayed in 2017….

Relaxation , Warmth and Quintessentially Australian Rhys, April 2019

Just driving into the Diamond Forest Farm Stay feels as though the Australian bush wraps you up in its arms before being greeted with a smile from Mark and Kerriann.
Perfect location close to town but far enough away for privacy, perfect for the kids to get outdoors to run around and perfect base to explore the local regions forests, winery’s, breweries and family activities!
Can’t wait to get back here to uncover more of the area’s secret gems!

Perfect Farm Stay  Wendy, April 2019
Located around a ten minute drive to Pemberton in a picturesque farm setting. The simple chalets are spotless and well-maintained with a lovely outlook over the farm and a pleasant verandah to relax on. Perfect for families. We enjoyed using the BBQ and star-spotting in the incredible night sky plus laughing over the antics of the ducks – very enjoyable.

Hosts are very pleasant and offer a games room and a DVD library which our family made good use of. What sets Diamond Forest apart though is their pet-friendly accomm. It was so great to have a safe, secure chalet and enclosure for our dog to enjoy too. Non-pet owners: the chalets are very clean with no doggie smells and owners have strict rules about pet behavior so don’t let that put you off. A great getaway for families.

Quiet Weekend Getaway  Jane, March 2019
I booked accommodation for my partner and I to have a quiet weekend getaway. The owners were very accommodating with late check in. It was easy to find the cabin. The cabin had 2 separate bedrooms, 1 with a queen and 1 with 2 singles. The bed was super comfy with a proper doona, which was really nice. The cabin seemed very well insulated as it stayed toasty warm all night without any extra heating and the night getting cold out.

There is a lounge area, very nice bathroom and kitchen with everything you’d need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Next morning we took a walk through the property. The ducks get very excited to see new people. I think they know there’s a bag of seed in each cabin. We had a good time feeding the ducks. Looked into the play room, which has a large selection of movies, books and some game tables. Plus a laundry on the side.

We had such a relaxing time. The accommodation is a short drive to either Manjimup or Pemberton, with lots of beautiful forest in between. There are lots of tracks and places to explore in between.
Will definitely be back with the kids for a longer stay.
Thank you for the lovely weekend.

Great Retreat with the family and dog!  Sophie, February 2019
Perfect spot to enjoy the surrounding woods and you can take the dog here! The owners were very helpful in providing tips to visit locally and they were just lovely to chat with. Our little doggy loved seeing all the different animals and played with their dogs. would definitely recommend for a time out from the busy city!

A much needed escape !!  Joanne, January 2019
We spent 5 glorious night here as a family, 2 adults, 2 kids (6,10) and 2 dogs. We were not disappointed, Our cabin was cosy and well equipped. The kids loved the animal feeding daily, the canoeing on the lake as well as the freedom to run around and hang out in the games room. Big Brook Dam was lovely and only a short drive and the adventure playground in Manjimup was spot on. Hosts Mark and Kerrian were extremely knowledgeable and made us feel at home. We did little venturing away from the farm and that suited us to a tee. A wonderful family holiday.

Great Hospitality. Caroline, January 2019
Had a lovely couple of nights away with our son and greyhound George. Mark and Kerianne were super friendly and very welcoming to our fur baby and human child alike. Our eight year old had a great time feeding the animals, canoeing on the dam and catching marron with Dad. Hoping to return soon.

Farm Stay  SP Dickinson, January 2019
We have stayed at the Farm Stay previously and really enjoyed it. This time we brought our dogs which is easy as the farm stay is dog friendly and has two specific dog chalets. The location is perfect and the kids absolutely love the animal feeding in the mornings and canoeing and fishing in the afternoon on the farm lake. The owners Mark & Karriane are great hosts and we would highly recommend their place.

Wonderful Family Holiday Location JALY, January 2019
Just home from 6 wonderful nights on the farm. It could not have been better.
My 2 (nearly 6yo) boys absolutely loved all the activities, from morning animal feeding (especially the ducks and chooks). Plus visits from Flynn (the Peacock), native birds and frogs to our cottage, spotlighting for marron in the dam, searching for eggs from the chooks (for Dad’s breakfast) and everything Diamond Forest farm had to offer. Meeting the new duckling as we were leaving was a real treat for the boys.

Our hosts (Kerriann and Mark) were just wonderful. It was great to hear about and share their absolute love and devotion for their animals and the farm.
We booked out next visit before we left we all enjoyed it so much. Thank you so much.

Wonderful Farm Stay Karen, December 2019
Great experience-relaxing, lovely views over the hills and dam, all animals lovingly cared for, cabins new, beautifully clean with quality mattresses for a good night’s sleep. The alpacas and feeding of the flying ducks a definite highlight.
